Happy International Women's Day!

This year's theme set by IWD is to #BreakTheBias, to create a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination.

Individually we can all do our bit by breaking the bias in our communities, our workplaces, our schools, colleges & universities. Call out biases, smash the stereotypes, break inequality and reject discrimination. Together we can all break the bias.
