Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail 48 hour service for UK orders sent directly from our warehouse in Manchester. This is a flat rate cost of £3.99. Orders over £40 have free shipping. 

Overseas orders are a flat rate of £11.99 and are sent via airmail. 

We cannot offer at present an express service but endeavour to send your order as soon as possible.

Returns must be reached to us in 30 days from the original order date with all tags and packaging. There must be no sign of wear on returned items. All items for refund are processed with five working days of receiving the items back in our warehouse. 

Please be aware also that many countries charge additional duty and taxes on imported goods. These charges will fall to the customer to pay for separately upon delivery and are not included in our costs.
